Kristen is a 29 year old, curly haired mighty warrior for the Kingdom of Christ. She grew up and currently lives in a small town in Eastern NC. She loves the forest and loves to laugh. She has a genuine passion for being kind. She founded Becoming Her as she began to grow in Christ and grow in her identity. When she isn’t working her 9-5 as an Optometric Assistant, you can find her writing or reading at the park. She has a passion for writing and encouraging women and girls to become who they’re destined to be. These posts are glimpses of her journey.
About Becoming Her
Becoming Her is my ministry. My testimony. It's my story. It's my process. God delivered me from my past, from my insecurities, from my fears and doubts and shaped me into the woman he has called me to be and setting free the woman that was held captive for so long.
I have a burning passion inside of me to encourage women of all ages, from every walk of life, to surrender who they were to God, so they can be transformed into the mighty warrior they truly are. This passion is growing every single day. I know how much it hurts, I know how exhausting it can be to feel like you're living behind a shadow, living a lie, hiding your true self from the world. I am here to tell them that this is not how it ends. I am here to tell them that there is more to them, that there's more inside of them. This is just the beginning.
